Learning Objectives
At the end of this program, participants would:
Gain hands-on experience leading a real-life project from initiation to closure, using AI tools at every stage of the PM lifecycle.
Learn to prompt, evaluate, and apply AI tools for project planning, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
Understand traditional (Waterfall), Agile, and Hybrid project management approaches and know when to apply each.
Build core PM artifacts (charters, WBS, schedules, risk registers, Agile backlogs) using a mix of classic techniques and AI-generated drafts that the PM reviews and refines.
Understand the risks of AI in project management, including hallucinated estimates, biased risk assessments, and when NOT to trust AI output.
Build a portfolio (case study, AI-augmented PM artifacts, and a personal AI-PM toolkit) that demonstrates job readiness, with a clear pathway toward PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP).
